Supporting Bangor Foodbank & BCM toy appeal this Christmas

On Sunday 3rd December our congregation brought the items of festive food and drink which they generously purchased throughout November as part of the “reverse advent calendar” appeal for Bangor Foodbank & Community Support. They also purchased toys and gifts for Belfast Central Mission annual toy appeal, the giving tree. These items were dedicated during the service.

The first Sunday of each month the congregation would usually collect for the food bank which is distributed along with many other hampers to families and people that are less fortunate in our local community.

The work that Bangor Foodbank and Community Support do is wonderful and stretches far beyond food and drink provisions. Also BCM toy appeal which is determined to reach up to 5000 people for Christmas 2023.
